Abstract


Program BullyGuard dirancang untuk memperkuat kompetensi Komunitas Teman Cermad dalam mencegah dan menangani kasus bullying di MTs se-Kota Malang melalui pendekatan sinemaedukasi. Pelatihan ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project-Based Learning). Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan peserta untuk mengidentifikasi, mengintervensi, dan mencegah bullying. Evaluasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa 71% peserta memahami materi yang disampaikan, dengan tingkat kepuasan mencapai 73,37% dan keefektifan pelatihan sebesar 90%. Pendekatan Project-Based Learning  terbukti efektif dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan penting terkait bullying dengan cara yang menarik dan mudah dipahami oleh siswa anggota Komunitas Teman Cermad. Program ini juga memberikan kontribusi dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang lebih aman dan inklusif. Untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut, disarankan agar program ini diperluas ke sekolah-sekolah lain dan dilengkapi dengan pelatihan lanjutan untuk memperdalam strategi intervensi dan mendukung keberlanjutan dampak positif dari program ini
